The house was spacious and had plenty of amenities to keep both adults and children entertained. The provision of essentials like bread, milk, and toilet roll was a nice touch and saved us from having to rush out to a supermarket. The garden was well-fenced and had a Wendy house filled with toys that kept the children occupied for hours. The bedding and towels were neatly organized, making it easy for our large group to find suitable sleeping arrangements. The communication from the hosting team was excellent both before and after our stay, providing us with all the necessary information.
it would have been helpful to have clearer location information and directions provided, as we initially had some trouble finding the property.

Mind-blowing kitchen area and bedrooms, with a lovely size and super comfy beds. The bathrooms were jaw-dropping, and the kids absolutely loved the dart board and playing table tennis. We were thrilled with all the board games provided, and the fact that there was a TV in every room. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The property was very spacious and had three floors, which provided plenty of space for our large group. There were lots of beds and sleeping options, including a converted roof and two bathrooms. We also appreciated the abundance of toys and games that kept the kids entertained throughout our stay.
The main downside of our experience was the poor quality of the mattresses. They were thin and worn out, and you could feel the springs poking through.

Stayed at Garden Villa, where I was blessed with a lovely terrace and free WiFi. Oh, and let's not forget the thrill of free private parking! How exciting!
So disappointed that I couldn't find solid gold cutlery and diamond-encrusted towels. Such a letdown.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property, perfect for our family of 4 kids. It had everything we could ever need, from a spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen to toys, games, and TVs to keep everyone entertained. The secure garden at the back was a great bonus. The house was spotlessly clean and we found milk in the fridge and tea/coffee supplies, which was a blessing for our short stay. The convenient location, only a 40-minute drive to Alton Towers, was the cherry on top.
Recommend this hotel.

The breakfast bar was a nice touch and made meal times a breeze. The owner/manager was also very accommodating, allowing us to have a flexible departure time.
